Paul Hawting, CEO

Paul is the CEO of Bromilow Community Care. Paul is committed to the role that Bromilow may play in shaping the future of community care in Australia. He has been involved in the industry for 25 years since founding Bromilow with his wife, Tricia. Paul is proud to be leading a team of dedicated professionals who share his vision for flexible, responsive and innovative service delivery to Bromilow’s clients.

Joanne Roy, Operations Manager

When Joanne joined the Bromilow team in 2016, she had over 15 year’s experience providing a diverse range of management services within the hospitality, legal and financial services industries. In her current position as Operations Manager, she oversees the safe and efficient delivery of services while constantly seeking to improve the customer experience that Bromilow offers its clients. Joanne has completed a Bachelor Degree in the Social Sciences, Postgraduate Studies in Management and also an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Joanne is proud to be a part of the Bromilow team and admires the valuable contribution that Bromilow makes to the local community and to the daily lives of their clients.

Julie Hay, Project Manager

Julie has been working in the aged care industry since 1999 and has a diverse range of qualifications in Community and Human Services, Management, Assistive Technology, Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Training and Assessment, Diversional Therapy, Quality Assurance and Dementia Support. Julie started with Bromilow in May 2012 and is committed to empowering and enabling clients to remain independent and safe in their homes for longer.

Louise Arthur, Administration Assistant

Louise has nearly 15 years of experience in reception and administration roles across a diverse range of industries. She most enjoys roles in the community care industry because she gets to work with people from all walks of life. She has traveled extensively, has a passion for environmental volunteer work and is currently studying a Diploma of Counselling.

Sam Green, Administration Assistant

Sam has over 10 years experience in Business Administration and Customer services roles.  Born and bred on the Sunshine Coast, she is a 5th generation local who truly loves this beautiful part of the world. Sam is responsible for front of house reception as well as administrative duties. Sam values the part that Bromilow plays in supporting our community members and agrees that independence in one’s lifestyle is vital to enhancing quality of life.

Hannah Eames, Registered Nurse

Since graduating from Queensland University of Technology, Hannah has had experience in a range of different nursing settings including surgical, ICU and general medical. This is Hannah’s third year with Bromilow after a short stint away while travelling Australia. Hannah is passionate about treating and caring for clients in a way that she would expect her and her family to be treated while maintaining the independence of her clients. Hannah offers a wide, skill based care to maintain the health and well being of her clients. Hannah is driven to provide optimum care for Bromilow clients.

Kristie Hatch, Regional Service Coordinator

Kristie has 20 years’ experience in Community Care (aged care, mental health and disability) across a variety of positions from direct client care to program coordination and management. Kristie’s most recent studies include Community Services Coordination and Small Business Management. Kristie started with Bromilow as a Regional Service Coordinator in June 2013 and is passionate about holistic health and wellbeing and enabling others to achieve their individual goals and to live a quality lifestyle. Kristie is a proactive team member who aims to deliver exceptional client services.

Joanne Daly, Regional Service Coordinator

Joanne is an experienced Registered Nurse with vast and varied expertise and has worked throughout Australia, including WA, NT and NSW. She is passionate about home care services and assisting people to remain living independent in their own home. Joanne has been working in Community Care on the Sunshine Coast for the past 10 years and enjoys working with and advocating for people.

Sinead Larkin, Client Service Coordinator

Sinead has extensive experience in customer service and the hospitality industry. She holds a Honours Degree in Sociology and Social Policy and is currently studying for a Diploma in Community Services. Sinead is the leading coordinator for Bromilow’s Transitional Care Program services and assists with the coordination of Bromilow’s Veteran’s Home Care services and Commonwealth Home Support Program funding stream. She is passionate about delivering high quality customer service and is committed to ensuring that the needs of each individual client are met.

Kerry Zaninetti, Regional Service Coordinator

Kerry comes from a legal background and has lived and worked in many countries around the world.  She returned to the Sunshine Coast fifteen years ago where she took up a position in Rehabilitation working alongside an Allied Health Team, mainly within the Aged Care Sector and then branched out into community services extending her knowledge into Veterans Home Care Services, Transitional Care, Commonwealth Carer’s Respite and Care Co-Ordination. Her day to day activity with the aged/mental health/disabled encountered her to experience first-hand what needs and services were required to be able to lead a functioning healthy active life, and how she could play a role in this.

Nicole Hambrook, Scheduling Coordinator

Nicole started her career in aged care 15 years ago as a Community Care worker.  Nicole has recently changed roles and shifted her focus to scheduling coordination. Prior to her current role Nicole was instrumental is creating Bromilow’s Social Activity Program. She continues to utilise her passion for social engagement by ensuring that our clients are transported to their regular social activities by their favourite carers.

Jannine Rhimes, Scheduling Manager

Jannine has over 10 years’ broad experience in community care covering service delivery, program coordination and scheduling of services. With a Diploma in Community Services Coordination and Frontline Management, Jannine has a strong commitment to customer service and jointly shares management of the scheduling function for Bromilow.

Nicole Renouf, Scheduling Manager

Nicole brings a diverse range of skills to her role in the Scheduling Team. In previous roles Nicole has worked in Payroll and Accounts and Purchasing and Scheduling. With a passion for helping people, Nicole is looking forward to delivering the highest quality service to our valued clients, assisting them to continue living independently in their own homes.

Laura Rogerson, Client Service Coordinator

Laura has over four year’s experience in community care and coordinates Bromilow’s Veterans’ Home Care Services and the Commonwealth Home Support Program funding stream. Laura’s focus is on customer service and ensuring clients independence and health and wellbeing needs are being met to the highest standard.
