1. Call our friendly team.
Have a new Home Care Package or thinking about switching providers? Simply give our friendly team a call on 1300 158 242 and we can chat about your situation. We will provide you with assistance and guidance about how to get the best support from your Home Care Package.
2. Set up your Home Care Package.
If you decide to sign up with us, you will work directly with your Care Manager to build your support team and support services. Whatever you need support with, we are there for you. We will cater your support and services to your individual needs and preferences.
3. Receive your chosen services.
Your dedicated specialists will start delivering your selected support services. You receive good old-fashioned customer service from familiar carers at a familiar time delivered by our own employed support team. This is The Bromilow Difference.
